About RhythmRx, the breathing app
RhythmRx is the breathing app at rhythmrx.app: a free browser app that paces your breathing with an on-screen guide, so you can follow a calm rhythm without counting. It offers general wellness guidance. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
What RhythmRx does
- Guided breathing patterns. Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, the physiological sigh, triangle, tactical and 7-11 style long-exhale breathing, each with an on-screen pacer and an optional calm tone.
- Focus Breaker. The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise (or the 1-minute 3-3-3 version), talked through by a recorded voice, with a simple before-and-after tension rating. Free.
- Resonance protocols. Short guided runs of several patterns in a row: Reset, Wind-Down and Focus Ramp.
- 21-Day Cellular Reset. A guided long-exhale breathing program that builds week by week, with a safety check before the first session.
- Streaks. A daily streak and a weekly streak freeze to help a few calm minutes become a habit.
It runs in any modern browser. There is nothing to install, and you can start without an account.
What RhythmRx is not
RhythmRx is a wellness app, not a medical product. It does not read your heart rate, breathing or any other body signal, and it makes no claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition, talk with a qualified professional before starting a breathing practice.
Similar names, different companies. RhythmRx at rhythmrx.app is not affiliated with rhythmrx.ai or with any medical-device manufacturer. If you are looking for a regulated medical device, you are in the wrong place; if you want a simple guided breathing timer, you are in the right one.
Who it is for
People who want a short, guided way to slow down: before sleep, between meetings, after a stressful moment, or as a morning routine. The free guides on this site explain each technique in plain language, and every one links back to a timer you can use straight away.
Free and premium
Most of RhythmRx is free, including the Focus Breaker and the core breathing patterns. Some longer patterns and programs are part of RhythmRx Premium. See pricing for what is included.
